Refund policy

At Lathercos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.  

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. 
- Returns/exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.  
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.  

Non-Returnable Items:
- Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons).  
- Items marked "Final Sale" or with discounted promotions.  

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Contact Us– Email: support@lathercos.com within 14 days of delivery.  
2. Provide Details – Include your order number, item(s) for return, and reason.  
3. Wait for Approval – Our team will review and send return instructions.  
4. Ship Back – Send the item(s) to our return center (address provided).  

3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).  
- Refund Deduction: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.  

4. Refund Process
- Once received, we inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days.  
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.  
- Store credit or exchange options are available upon request.  

5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.  
- If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.  

6. Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.  
- We’ll provide a free replacement or refund.  

7. International Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and customs fees.  
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs.  

8. Final Sale Items 
- Discounted or clearance items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
